Founded in 2024, Wafercore is a pure-play foundry dedicated entirely to producing 300mm quantum wafers for partners across the world.
Our story
Wafercore started with a frustration our founder kept running into: brilliant quantum teams held back not by their ideas, but by how hard it was to get consistent, high-quality wafers made. We set out to fix exactly that.
So we built a pure-play foundry focused entirely on 300mm quantum wafers. We use advanced packaging — Through-Silicon Vias (TSV) and wafer-scale bumping — to pack far more capability into each wafer than conventional silicon allows.
Today our wafers help teams working on real quantum hardware across materials science, telecommunications, and cybersecurity — from the first experimental run right through to steady, repeatable production.
